Kelly Langer has been building and remodeling homes since 2003, bringing more than two decades of hands-on experience and a deep belief that great design should always serve the way people truly live. A Lincoln resident since 1978 and graduate of Lincoln East High School, Kelly has built homes in many of the area’s most recognized neighborhoods—from Wilderness Ridge and Fallbrook to Village Gardens and Vintage Heights.


Before founding Nebraska Cottage Company, Kelly worked in real estate, manufacturing, and nonprofit leadership—experiences that shaped his thoughtful, client-centered approach. His remodeling work has extended throughout Lincoln, Omaha, and Kansas City, always with a focus on quality and livability.


Since 2010, Kelly has focused on smaller homes with lasting impact—embracing the philosophy of “Downsize without Compromise.” Today, he leads Nebraska Cottage Company with a commitment to timeless design, enduring quality, and communities built to connect.
