While we don’t offer fully custom builds, there may be opportunities for limited personalization during early phases of construction. Our homes come in a variety of architectural styles, including traditional, transitional, and modern, all designed to suit a range of preferences within a cohesive community.
Are your homes energy-efficient or eco-friendly?

What is a “pocket neighborhood”?
A pocket neighborhood is a small-scale community, typically around a dozen homes, designed to encourage walkability, connection, and shared green space. While our communities are larger in scale, they’re built with the same principles in mind—featuring compact homes, front porches, and people-first layouts that foster neighborly interaction and a strong sense of belonging.
